Recently refurbished with a fresh coat of paint and new floor boards, Swainson on Synagogue features all the elements of a stylish city apartment. The spacious open plan living includes a fully functional kitchen, a dining area, and a cozy lounge for you to kick back in.
Floor to ceiling glass panels and a sliding door leading out to the balcony are all you need to enjoy the view while natural light beams in on a sunny Adelaide morning.
Swainson on Synagogue is located on one of the highest floors meaning city living has never been so peaceful. Two reasonably sized bedrooms, each with mirrored built-in wardrobes, are part of the no-fuss layout and leaves plenty of space for moving about.
When it’s time to settle in for the night, enjoy a comfortable night’s sleep on our luxury mattresses dressed with quality soft white linen. Providing only the best professionally laundered linen and using disinfectant cleaning products, our trained cleaners will prepare the apartment to impeccable standard.
If you require car parking, we will be pleased to offer you instructions on how to access a designated car park across the road for $15 per day. We have a parking space at UPark Rundle with a height clearance of 1.87m & 1.98m.
As pictured, the washing machine, dryer and oven are all on level 1 in communal areas. The apartment itself does have a kitchenette with 2 stove burner and microwave plus full sized fridge.
Please note there is only one AC in the apartment, which is in the living room. Additional pedestal fans can be provided in the bedrooms upon request.
We offer free cleaning of the apartment (valued at $70) during your stay to anyone who books for 7 nights, or longer, at least 28 days in advance.
All bookings require a $250 bond to cover any damage caused to the property. The Security Bond will only be released after full inspection of the property upon check out. This is to confirm there has been no damage to the property, no missing items and no excessive cleaning is required.
You will be asked to agree to a standard terms and conditions form upon booking. You may be asked to provide your ID and proof of payment before check-in. Should you have any issues with the T&Cs you may cancel immediately free of charge.
