The management uses "Minut" noise sensors in its properties to ensure your and your neighbours' safety.
Car parking in the secure, courtyard/carport can be arranged for small cars only (the space is 2.3m wide). If you have a second car, please contact us for an explanation of on-street parking options.
This is a self-contained property rather than serviced, a small amount of instant coffee, sugar, tea, and sugar is provided as a complementary. Towels are not replaced, but you are free to use the washing machine as needed.
We offer free cleaning of the apartment (valued at $70) during your stay to anyone who books for 7 nights, or longer, at least 28 days in advance.
There are two queen-sized beds, the third bed is an inflatable queen EURO bed set up in the living room.
To help keep our prices as low as possible, we make up the beds according to the number of guests booked.
1-2 guests > 1 queen bed
3-4 guests > 2 queen beds
5-6 guests > 2 queen beds + inflatable euro bed
If you require extra bedding, there is a small fee to cover the cost of linen ($10).
All bookings require a $250 bond to cover any damage caused to the property. The Security Bond will only be released after a full inspection of the property upon checkout. This is to confirm there has been no damage to the property, no missing items and no excessive cleaning is required.
We allow cats and/or dogs only. Per the listing, an extra damage deposit of $250 per pet applies and only pets up to 10kg are allowed inside. Any pets over 10kg must be kept outside. Sheet(s) provided must remain on couch(es) for protection.
