Greeting you is an amazing porch with tessellated tiles and a quaint garden. Sky-high ceilings, an entrance hall that leads to a formal lounge of impressive dimensions, a separate dining room, and a contemporary kitchen welcome you inside. Traditional Baltic pine floorboards are featured throughout this lovely home.
The stunning open-plan kitchen has a wide central island bench, Caesar Stone counters, stainless steel appliances, large white tile flooring, and a glass splashback. For wine enthusiasts, the sizeable wine rack is ideal for entertaining. A comfortable powder room with a second toilet is situated downstairs.
Three spacious bedrooms are on the upper level. The master bedroom features a gorgeous chandelier and double-glazed French doors that open to a personal balcony. The third bedroom has mirrored robes. A chic central bathroom with a marble floor and a semi-frameless shower alcove serves the upstairs.

We offer free cleaning of the apartment (valued at $70) during your stay to anyone who books for 7 nights, or longer, at least 28 days in advance.
All bookings require a $250 bond to cover any damage caused to the property. The security bond will only be released after full inspection of the property upon check out. This is to confirm there has been no damage to the property, no missing items and no excessive cleaning is required.
We allow cats only. Per the listing, an extra damage deposit of $250 per cat applies and only cats up to 10kg are allowed inside while over 10kg must be kept outside. Cats must stay downstairs and make use of gates on stairs and sheet(s) provided must remain on couch(es) for protection.
To help keep prices as low as possible for our guests, we make up the number of beds dependent on how many guests book so there may be an extra fee to request more beds.
