It offers two great size bedrooms with robes and a third bedroom at the rear of the home, a well-appointed bathroom with modern fixtures and a bathtub, a cozy living room with a feature fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with contemporary appliances and a dining area, and a charming patio perfect for alfresco dining, entertaining, or simply relaxing.

Parking for one vehicle is available.

Located in close proximity to parks, reputable schools, shops, public transport, and the beautiful Semaphore Beach, offering an array of recreational activities.

Providing only the best professionally laundered linen and using disinfectant cleaning products, our trained cleaners will prepare this home to impeccable standard.

You will be asked to agree to a standard terms and conditions form upon booking. We are unable to list it directly here. You may be asked to provide your ID and proof of payment before check-in. Should you have any issues with the T&Cs you may cancel immediately free of charge.

We offer free cleaning of the property (valued at $70) during your stay to anyone who books for 7 nights, or longer, at least 28 days in advance.

All bookings require a $250 bond to cover any damage caused to the property. The Security Bond will only be released after a full inspection of the property upon checkout. This is to confirm there has been no damage to the property, no missing items, and no excessive cleaning is required.

We allow cats and/or dogs only. Per the listing, an extra damage deposit of $250 per pet applies, and only pets up to 10kg are allowed inside. Any pets over 10kg must be kept outside. Sheet(s) provided must remain on couch(es) for protection.

To help keep our prices as low as possible, we make up the beds according to the number of guests booked.

1-2 guests > 1 king bed
3-4 guests > 1 king bed + 1 queen bed
5-6 guests > 1 king bed + 1 queen bed + 1 double bed

If you require extra bedding, there is a small fee to cover the cost of linen ($10).
