We offer free cleaning of the property (valued at $70) during your stay to anyone who books for 7 nights or longer, at least 28 days in advance.
If you require car parking, we will be pleased to offer you instructions on how to access a designated car park off site for $15 per day. We have a parking space at UPark Frome, about 100m away from the apartment building.
All bookings require a $250 bond to cover any damage caused to the property. The Security Bond will only be released after a full inspection of the property upon checkout. This is to confirm there has been no damage to the property, no missing items, and no excessive cleaning is required.
To help keep our prices as low as possible, we make up the beds according to the number of guests booked.
