We offer free cleaning of the property (valued at $70) during your stay to anyone who books for 7 nights or longer, at least 28 days in advance.
If you require car parking, we will be pleased to offer you instructions on how to access a designated car park on site for $15 per day.
All bookings require a $250 bond to cover any damage caused to the property. The Security Bond will only be released after a full inspection of the property upon checkout. This is to confirm there has been no damage to the property, no missing items, and no excessive cleaning is required.
To help keep our prices as low as possible, we make up the beds according to the number of guests booked. There are 2 queen beds. If you require extra bedding, we can put up a single trundle bed in the living room, and there is a small fee to cover the cost of linen ($10).
