Providing only the best professionally laundered linen and using disinfectant cleaning products, our trained cleaners will prepare this home to an impeccable standard.
Please note that the building has a communal washing machine and dryer located on the ground floor, which guests are welcome to use free of charge.
If you require car parking, our designated car park is at Wilson East End Carpark, only 150m away from the property. Parking fee is $25 per day.
You will be asked to agree to a standard terms and conditions form upon booking. We are unable to list it directly here. You may be asked to provide your ID and proof of payment before check-in. Should you have any issues with the T&Cs, you may cancel immediately free of charge.
We offer free cleaning of the property (valued at $70) during your stay to anyone who books for 7 nights or longer, at least 28 days in advance.
All bookings require a $250 bond to cover any damage caused to the property. The Security Bond will only be released after a full inspection of the property upon checkout. This is to confirm there has been no damage to the property, no missing items, and no excessive cleaning is required.
To help keep our prices as low as possible, we make up the beds according to the number of guests booked.
